Dune Oil (CSE: DUNE) (OTCQB: TRLEF) (FSE: Z621) announced several leadership appointments, including the appointment of President Scott Lower as CEO and Jordan Coleman as chief operating officer. Sean Stofer, who served as interim CEO during the company transition, will continue as chairman and a director. Dune also appointed Neil Maedel to its board, adding more than 45 years of capital-markets, investment-banking and international resource-sector experience.

Dune also announced that its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”) will be held Nov. 16, 2026. Shareholders will be asked to set the number of directors at six, elect directors for the ensuing year, appoint the company auditors and consider its Long-Term Equity Incentive Plan, along with any other business properly brought before the meeting.
