Nevada Organic Phosphate (CSE: NOP; OTCQB: NOPFF), a British Columbia-based phosphate exploration company, announced it has entered into agreements for equity research and marketing-related services, including research coverage and introductions to equity analysts, as well as graphic design, branding and website development. In connection with these agreements, the company has agreed to issue an aggregate of 353,035 common shares at a deemed price of $0.14 per share, including up to $7,435 in fees that may be paid in shares, with all securities issued under applicable prospectus exemptions and subject to a hold period of four months and one day.
