Powermax Minerals (CSE: PMAX) (OTCQB: PWMXF) (FSE: T23) has begun its 2026 exploration program at its wholly owned Cameron Rare Earth Element project near Revelstoke, British Columbia. The three-week campaign will build on previous stream sediment, soil and rock geochemical results through detailed geological mapping, prospecting, rock, soil and stream sediment sampling and targeted ground radiometric surveys designed to refine and prioritize rare earth element exploration targets for future trenching and drilling.

The company said the program will integrate geological, geochemical and radiometric data to better define previously identified REE anomaly corridors, constrain potential bedrock source areas and improve understanding of pegmatite-hosted mineralization. Results will be used to rank exploration targets and guide future work, with management noting the project remains at an early stage and that geochemical or radiometric anomalies do not necessarily indicate the presence of economically recoverable mineralization.
